The name of SEPL was changed to SEDPL on 20 March 2007, to conduct business as Developers /real estate agents and Builders. The main promoters /directors of the company are Mr. K.K. Jain, Mr. Hari Kishan Garg and Mr. Chander Shekhar Taneja.
Mr. K. K. Jain aged 55 years is a graduate, having over 33 years of experience in the field of construction, real estate, coal trading and property business. He is well known in the field of real estate and looks after the developmental activities of the captioned company.
Mr.Hari Kishan Garg aged 56 years is an engineering graduate from MACT, Bhopal (Regional Engineering college), having over 34 years of experience in the field of project execution, coal trading and property business. He looks after the techno-commercial aspects of the project including procurement of material.
Mr. Chander Shekhar Taneja is a real estate businessman and is figured for his leadership in the real estate sector. He is in the business since 1988 and delivered more than 100 builder floors, villas, few group housing societies as a contribution of real estate sector. Under his dynamic leadership , companies have achieved highest stature in professionalism, quality controls and integrity in the realty sector in India and the company is synonymous with highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
